PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Bone and Cardiovascular

Vitamin K2 and D3 solve a problem most people don't know they have: D3 increases calcium absorption, but without K2 to direct where that calcium goes, it can accumulate in soft tissue and arteries instead of bone. K2 activates the proteins that put calcium into bone and keep it out of arteries. This formula ensures both sides of the equation are covered in one dose.

USAGE 1 capsule daily, with food containing fat.
BEHIND THE SCIENCE

Most people taking vitamin D3 aren't taking K2 alongside it. That's the gap this formula closes – because D3 and K2 work on the same calcium system from opposite angles, and one without the other leaves the job half done.

Vitamin D3 – the absorption driver.

D3 (cholecalciferol) increases the expression of calcium transport proteins in the intestine, substantially raising how much calcium you absorb from food. This is why D3 is essential for bone health – without it, dietary calcium largely passes through. But increased absorption is only half the equation. Where that calcium goes after absorption is the other half.

Vitamin K2 (MK-7) – the routing mechanism.

K2 activates two critical proteins: osteocalcin, which pulls calcium into bone matrix, and Matrix Gla Protein (MGP), which actively removes calcium from soft tissue and arterial walls. Without adequate K2, calcium absorbed under D3 supplementation has no direction signal – research links low K2 status to arterial calcification even in people taking D3. MK-7 is the superior K2 form: it has a half-life of 72 hours versus 1–2 hours for MK-4, producing sustained blood levels from a single daily dose.

Why they belong together.

The combination isn't redundant – it's the complete mechanism. D3 drives calcium in. K2 directs it to bone and keeps it out of arteries. D3 without K2 is absorbed but unrouted. The two together cover the full calcium-metabolism pathway.
