Delivery Information

Returns

30-day money-back guarantee. Return any product within 30 days of delivery, opened or not, for a full refund of the product price. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

To start a return, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number.

Shipping

Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days, provided the item is in stock and address verification is not required. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

We ship to addresses in the United States by USPS. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders of $75 or more ship free.

During promotional periods or sales, shipping times may vary due to a high volume of orders. While expedited shipping options speed up the delivery process, packaging and handling times remain the same.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.

Typographical Errors

In the event of a pricing error due to a typographical mistake or supplier information, IQ Biologix reserves the right to cancel any orders for products listed at incorrect prices, regardless of whether the order was confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged for such an order, we will issue a refund for the full amount.
